in the making

she's making granny squares. i wanted her to teach me while she's here, but i am mainly watching her while she creates. she is working so fast and effortlessly, it makes me feel clumsy. i think, i need to get some thicker yarn instead of this really thin cotton.

  2. Oh, this makes me want to crochet SO badly! The squares are beautiful. I am really itching to update my (lack of?) crochet skills. Soon. SOON!

    Have a gentle week!

  3. Smukke, smukke farver!!

Jeg havde det på samme måde, da min mormor lœrte mig det. Sad og fumlede rundt med min ene oldemors firkant, mens hun allerede havde lavet fire!!

  11. Lovely photos!
You know that table cloth.. :) It's made of fabric from Swedish Åhléns. Don't know if they have it still. I love it too, wish I had it in more colors for alternation.

  12. I can't begin to tell you the therapeutic effect crocheting has. The size of your cotton or hook don't matter. Really.
