sun flares
the sun was setting behind the house last week when it was still summer (in the middle of winter). my mom took the second photo (of me).
i am into sun flares these days, but i haven't spent much time trying to figure out the how, what, when of it, except they appear when shooting against the sun. it's enough to know, that sometimes magic shows up when you feel blinded. or when the world is out of focus (but that would be bokeh, i guess :)
there are plenty of sun flares in this pretty pretty au revoir, simone video too. i chose the french version, because it just made the song even more beautiful and poetic to listen to (even if i don't really understand french ;).
au revoir, simone is another thing i have been into lately. not usually into 80s style low key synthesizer sound, but these girls make such beautiful music. and they look cute too. enjoy!

ReplyDeleteI'm so glad to hear my bird reached you, although a little bit hurt. Sorry I should have packed it better! I hope you can tell its a bird and that it's got its heart left and that you can make it pretty again. You must show me when it has found somewhere to live :)
