sweet promises. and a drink
the garden is so green, the vegetables and fruits growing so fast. some in bloom, some beyond, but all so full of sweet promises for the months to come.
the orange trees are getting all fancy, fully dressed with little white flowers on every branch. most of them still unfolded, but still, the air is sweet from their smell. it always surprises me how amazingly good the smell of orange flowers really is. and they taste good too as tea with fresh mint, and luckily our mint is also growing crazy fast these days. so if you're in the neighborhood, please do stop by for a cup of orange flower and mint tea. (or bring rum and we can have a mojito as the sun sets. i don't have lime, but if you're fine with lemon juice, we have enough of those too :)
