days
time is passing fast, and yet, it feels like i'm stuck somewhere in between. it's one of those days. it's been for a while. what can i say.
we've been through a lot of sickness. from one to the next, nothing serious, but not really letting go. it makes me feel tired and out of sync. i just hung the laundry and then it started raining. it's been raining a lot. everything is green and lush, a fresh start. i'd like that.

I know the feeling. The stuck in the sick kids limbo. And although I'm fresh starting with a little baby, I feel like I need to change something.
ReplyDeleteMy suggestion is to pick a date. Soon, but far enough away to get used to the thought. And just write it up as your fresh start.
the photo of your son is so sweet!!!
ReplyDeleteI hope you will feel better soon.
i have a similar feeling (and i just moved to another part of the world!). i just relay on the thought that it goes away again and maybe try to start some new knitting projects. it helps sometimes =) wish you all the best,

Oh dear, I hope that "these days" pass so soon. Take care, and enjoy the sun. xo
ReplyDeletea fresh, green, happy start.
ReplyDeletei wish you that.

I know the feeling. I'm also ready for a fresh start, or at least some green out my window. Hope your boys are all well now.
ReplyDeletei don't half love your bendy 'skeletons' in the wind and against that pale sky though... (image 2)
ReplyDeletewe all have days like that. it does pass... it does. i tell myself that when these days come up here. feel better, all of you.
ReplyDeletehope everyone feels better and the green perks you up. these are the dog days of winter - not quite one, not quite the other.
ReplyDeleteHopefully spring is around the corner and here is to better health. I know what you mean. We have been sick around here too!
ReplyDeleteThe good thing about times like this is that they will pass, and new things will come like the new growth that the rains bring.
